1. About Us
These Terms govern your use of www.inyoucra.com and the purchase of services from INYOUCRA PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202510606W), registered at 175A Bencoolen Street, #07-02, Burlington Square, Singapore 189650. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
INYOUCRA provides AI-powered technology services including:
- AI Tools – Custom AI tools and workflow automation
- Software Development – Custom software and web application development
- Infrastructure – Cloud infrastructure setup and management
- Digitalization Systems – Requirements analysis, architecture design, and development of custom business digitalization systems
- Market Monitoring Systems – Development and delivery of custom market and competitor monitoring software
- Advertising – AI-assisted digital marketing solutions
3. Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices are in SGD. INYOUCRA is not currently GST-registered; GST is not applicable.
Full Payment: Full amount due upon order confirmation.
Deposit: For certain custom projects, a deposit-plus-balance arrangement may be agreed separately in writing; all online orders on this website are currently full payment.
Late Payment: Outstanding balances past the due date may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Before Delivery Confirmation: You may request a full refund at any time before you have confirmed delivery of the project, if you are not satisfied with what has been delivered.
Deemed Confirmation: If you do not raise a written objection within 30 days of actual delivery, delivery is deemed confirmed and your refund right lapses from day 31 onward.
- Costs you have paid directly to third parties (e.g. cloud server rental, domain registration fees)
- Costs INYOUCRA has already paid to third parties on your behalf and cannot recover (e.g. cloud servers, domains, third-party APIs, or software licenses)
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to inyoucra@gmail.com. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables become your property. INYOUCRA retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks developed during the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
INYOUCRA's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service. INYOUCRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Industry Disclaimer
INYOUCRA provides AI technology tools and software services only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, insurance product offerings, medical advice, or legal advice. All regulated activities remain subject to applicable Singapore regulations including MAS requirements.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
